Are blackcurrants particularly fond of cold, damp weather? We usually get quite a few in our garden, but in the last week alone I have managed to fill three one litre ice cream tubs with juicy ripe berries taken for just three plants. At this rate I'll be able to sign a contract with Ribena by September!
