I totally agree that the fear of nuts is totally out of proportions, and that people should start feeding their babies nuts again. However, I find it interesting that nut allergy seems to be mainly confined to the US and the UK, the only two countries I know of where peanut butter is widespread. Could it be that peanut butter is so overnutty that it triggers an allergic reaction in some people?
